The Coterie joins Organic Winegrowers NZ

The Coterie is very pleased to become a member of the Organic Winegrowers New Zealand, a grower led organisation dedicated to supporting producers of organic wines.

Since September 2018, The Coterie was certified organic by Biogro standards.

Organic Winegrowers (OWNZ) only promotes wines from independently certified organic and biodynamic growers. Every certified producer goes through an annual audit to make sure their practices meet strict standards.

No synthetic chemical fertilisers, pesticides, or herbicides are used within The Coterie winery on organic wines, they are made using only natural products; no synthetic chemical additives are permitted.

 

The Coterie winemaking team; Pierre, Tom and Sarah are all gearing up for a great Organic and Biodynamic Winegrowing Conference which is held on the 25-27 June, 2019.
